Trip Summary

This Safari also known as the Footsteps of the Elephants will take you close to the peaks of Mount Kilimanjaro through the great Rift Valley and into the plains of Masai Mara. The Wildlife residing on these varied ecosystems is diverse and unique. The Land formation varies from Mountains to water masses and ends with the expansive plains shared by Mara and Serengeti

Day 1: Nairobi – Amboseli National Park

You shall be met on arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International airport, or picked at your hotel of stay in Nairobi or your area residence in Nairobi by our representative and proceed to Amboseli, arriving in time for lunch, proceed with a game drive and check in at Ol-tukai lodge.

Amboseli National Park lies below the most famous symbol of Africa, Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest mountain standing at 5896 metres high.  The waters of the mountain feed the seasonal swamps and marshes on which the game and birds rely on. It is here that photographers will hope to shoot the classic picture of the elephant or giraffe standing against the backdrop of the snow-capped mountain.

After lunch proceed you shall have an afternoon game drive until late in the evening . Dinner and overnight at Ol Tukai Lodge

Day 2: Amboseli National Park

This day you shall have an early morning call for our pre-dawn game drive. Breakfast will be at the camp with the rest of the morning at leisure. After lunch proceed on another game drive till late in the evening. Dinner and overnight will be at OL-Tukai Lodge

Day 3: Amboseli – Nairobi

After breakfast drive back to Nairobi – Kenya’s colourful capital city famously dubbed as ‘The city under the sun’.  On arrival proceed on last minute shopping.  Lunch on own account.  Later transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International airport for your onward flight or drop off at your place of choice in Nairobi.

• Maximum luggage allowance on scheduled flights 15kgs per person

• Christmas Supplement on 24/25/26/31 Dec & 01^stJan US$ 50 per person sharing per night
• Accommodation based on the standard room (max 02 Adults sharing with 01 Child under 12 years)
• Accommodation of similar standard may be offered depending on availability at the time of confirmation
