Itinerary (Day by Day)
Day 1: Depart Nairobi by road and drive through the scenic Great Rift Valley arriving at the Cliff situated within the famous Lake Nakuru in time for lunch. After lunch proceed for an afternoon game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park which was gazetted as a sanctuary for the black rhinos. Dinner and overnight at The Cliff.
Meals and Accommodations: The Cliff, Lake Nakuru National Park
Day 2: Depart after breakfast and drive to Masai Mara. Upon arrival at Karen Blixen Camp, camp briefing with welcome drink by the camp manager; time to settle in; delectable 3-course lunch. After/during afternoon tea, your guide will cover your safari itinerary and activities again – the opportunity to change activities and add optional activities. See the costs below. Day 3: Full-day migration exploration safari, Masai Mara National Reserve or Mara Triangle, with a picnic hamper.

Day 4: Morning game drive to world-renowned ‘Leopard Gorge’, made famous by the BBC Big Cat Diary. Before or after lunch, there is time for a camp eco-walk, a swim, armchair game-viewing with drinks or why not book a spa treatment or a visit to our Maasai Manyatta?

Day 5: After a leisurely breakfast drive back to Nairobi. Drop off at the airport for an onward flight or a city hotel (city hotel not included in the cost). *depending on the time of your departure time, opportunity for optional activities such as Nature Walk, Game Walk, Camp Eco Walk (free), or another spa treatment.
